All refund/exchanges for artwork and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges for other items can be arranged by e-mailing [email protected]m
Items are entitled for refund/exchange based on complaint, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
All the items are handcrafted, therefore we will need at least 2 weeks to craft another new item for exchange.
Merchandise must be unaltered, undamaged, and unused.
Need to show original receipt of purchase.
Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
